Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate and complete optimization mandates in asset management, maintenance and reliability;
  • Help our clients develop and implement improvement strategies;
  • Manage complex improvement projects with multiple stakeholders;
  • Participate in the development of practices and methodologies;
  • Develop and run training courses.

Skills:

  • Over 10 years of experience in asset management or maintenance;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
  • Membership in the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec);
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
  • Proficient in team management and possess strong leadership abilities;
  • Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, and skilled in content development;
  • Familiarity with asset management principles, including ISO55000;
  • Preferred experience and accreditation in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM);
  • CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) accreditation is a plus;
  • Proficient in using the Office suite;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written French and English;
  • Willingness to travel outside Montreal and internationally.
