Roles and responsibilities:

  • Providing support and expertise in asset management, maintenance, and reliability optimization mandates.
  • Assisting our clients in developing and implementing improvement strategies.
  • Supporting complex improvement projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the successful completion of commissioning mandates.
  • Collaborating in the development of best practices and methodologies.
  • Develop and run training courses.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Membership in the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec) as a CPI or Ing. (Professional Engineer).
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and facilitate discussions.
  • Proficient in project and group management.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, and skilled in content development.
  • Familiarity with asset management principles, including ISO55000, is advantageous.
  • Preferred experience and accreditation in reliability-based maintenance (RCM).
  • CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) accreditation is a plus.
  • Proficient in using the Office suite.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
  • Willingness to travel outside Montreal and internationally.
