As Director of Talent & Workforce Solutions, leads Systemex’s workforce deployment strategy, ensuring clients have access to skilled, reliable, and ready-to-perform professionals across maintenance, operations, engineering, and planning functions.

Patrick Lazzer has extensive experience in construction, industrial optimization and maintenance. Patrick’s vast experience and technical knowledge of control systems, instrumentation and power engineering provides him with a solid expertise and background that he is now applying into his Commissioning Director role and in terms of optimizing maintenance activities.

Éric Delorme is the Director of the Asset Management Group at Systemex, bringing more than 30 years of experience in asset management, reliability, and operational excellence across the mining and industrial sectors.
